  17 A file's group can be changed by the file's owner, if the
  18 owner is a member of the new group,
  19 or by the leader of both
  20 the file's current group and the new group.

  26 option are synonyms; they specify that the

  28 is to be set, rather than the group.
  29 They are ineffectual unless the file server is in the bootstrap
